We design progressive training plans with multiple training methods, varying volumes, and changing frequencies to help our athletes realize specific desired goals.

I had been working out for years, I played sports my entire life. I was a college athlete. Most people would have considered me "in good shape".

I was looking for something different, something that was simple and I could follow. So I did my research and had a lot of trial and error, and couldn't find anything I could stick with. Then I found FIT300. They pieced together all I had learned over the years and put it into one place. With there help I finally got my nutrition, cardio, and strength training to work together.

I lost about 11 lbs in the process over the course of 300 hours, and as you can see my body completely changed. The program wasn't repetitive so I stayed very engaged and looked forward to hitting the gym. At 41 I have never been in better shape.
