A functional workout normally takes around 60-90 minutes.

You'll do plenty of fun workouts, but this isn't CrossFit. We believe that functional strength is an important prerequisite for any fitness pursuit. fit300 Functional will feature two strength days every week and two Hypertrophy Days.
