These programs work best at your traditional Globo gym. If you have a membership to a gym or a home gym that includes a barbell, squat rack, dumbbells, and Machines.

A training session normally takes around   60-90 minutes.

This high volume program is designed to pack on mass.

The workouts are 6-7 days a week

This program is not for the faint of heart. It combines compound movements with accessory work and short circuits at times.
